Since the purchase of iPhone, the accessibility for chores has been virtually convenient. Though I must say that Apple needs to get a grip with the GPS glitch – fast, especially when I’m starting to straighten out my life with iPhone.
Apparently I’d made an extra mile off-course, while the intended destination was just humbly less than a hundred metres away, across the road from the spot I logged on to the GPS. It’d led me to an apartment block 304, instead of 204. Fucking great.
And all thanks to the ever-sudden-changing routes of the unkempt roads in Johore, we spent the first half an hour navigating ourselves to the Singgah Selalu Restaurant, including the “10 seconds to death” moment, as repeatedly proclaimed by Heikal. Should be five, actually.

Poor Cherylene missed the once-in-a-lifetime sight as she busied herself with Angry Birds. Had we gasped frantically or screamed like a bitch and swerved right into the bay, it would be her first, and the last, visit to JB. Funny – I thought every daughter/son would make a point to check it out at least once, even before the legal age.
The night out made me miss Michelle somehow. I should end this post like her – “Look – stars.”
actually it was a very calm moment. we saw the oncoming car and “eh. wtf.” then “eh siaaalllaaaaahhhhhhh.” “phew.”
Yea. Had we be more dramatic, it would be the end.
And we should make a point of buying Ramlee burger next time.
